SNDA Executive Board Application

Applications for the 2026-2027 Executive Board will open March 1st, 2026

Thank you for your interest in serving on the National SNDA Executive Board. Please read the instructions below before submitting your application.

2026-2027 Executive Board Application Instructions:

  1. Register to attend the SNDA 54th Annual Convention in Richmond, VA from July 16th-19th, 2026.
  2. Complete the online application found below.
  3. Attend the House of Delegates Meeting on Saturday, July 18th, 2026 during the 54th Annual Convention in Richmond, VA and deliver a speech pertaining  to your qualifications for the position of interest.
  4. Be present at the transitional meeting on Sunday, July 19th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am EST in Richmond, VA.
  5. Candidates running for President-Elect, Treasurer-Elect, and Vice President, will be scheduled for a pre-convention online interview with the incumbent Core Executive Committee.

Campaign Speeches and Ads

  • Candidates for the President-Elect, Treasurer-Elect, and Vice-President positions will have 5 minutes maximum for their speeches.
  • Candidates for all other positions will have 3 minutes maximum for their speeches.
  • CBSE Accomodations: If you are an e-board candidate scheduled to take the CBSE exam during the House of Delegates meeting on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, please reach out via email to arrange alternative accommodations for your speech.
  • Please ensure that you are dressed professionally, and your speech does not exceed the allotted time limit.
